Items will be shipped via ground carrier. Orders are shipped out within two business days unless otherwise indicated.
If your order is returned to sender, you will not be refunded the shipping amount. Please make sure your mailing address is correct.

Returns
NO RETURNS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. I cannot issue refunds, exchanges, credits, etc. Please carefully review your order before purchasing.
Damages
Damages must be reported to us within 24 hours of the package being marked as delivered by using the email link on the website. To submit a claim, please take photos of the packaging and product, and include a written description of the damage, so I may validate the claim. Without this I will be unable to process your claim.
Anything reported later than this time will not be refunded or replaced. You would need to submit the claim with the carrier.
